For one to one training, group training sessions and dog walking, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling to be refunded, otherwise full payment is required.
All monthly packages must take place within a 40 day period, else any un-used sessions will be forfeited, except in exceptional circumstances, in which case they may be refunded or re-arranged at the sole discretion of Lifeline Dogs. In the event that we have to cancel a session with you due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather/ illness/emergency, we will make every effort to reschedule your session to another mutually convenient time.
If parking at your home (or other venue at which we have arranged to meet) requires payment, please could you kindly make arrangements for this.
